| AIR MINOR: | A facility is classified as a Clean Air Act Stationary Source Minor discharger of air pollutants if: * Potential uncontrolled emissions < 100 tons/year, or * Major source thresholds are not defined, or classification is unknown. |

Implementation of 40 CFR part 98 is referred to as the greenhouse gas reporting program (GHGRP) and applies to direct GHG emitters, fossil fuel suppliers, industrial gas suppliers, and facilities that inject CO2 underground for sequestration or other reasons.
